It
is important to eat regularly when you are losing weight. If you
can control your tongue and not over indulge in high fat foods then
your diet will seem like no trouble at all.
Make
sure that you are eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Some
diets recommend you to have three pieces of fruit per day, and three
servings of vegetables per day - one of these to be salad. This
is a great starting point for your diet.
Also
drink plenty of water while dieting. We are advised to drink around
2 litres of water per day. When dieting you are burning up your
body's fat stores. As the fat comes off some toxins are also released
and drinking plenty of water helps to flush these away.
