About Rekord UK Ltd.
Rekord UK Ltd was formed in 2007 to give total
support to the Rapid product throughout the
UK
and Ireland.
We were born out of the previous company, Rekord Sales Ltd, with a
continuity of personnel, bringing with them many years of experience
with Rapid. We are all factory trained in the sales, service and
after sales parts to provide committed backing to our dealer network
and to you, our valued customers.
Location
We are based in Central
England
where our sales office and supplies of new machines are warehoused
ready for distribution together with our demonstration equipment.
Being centrally located is ideal to respond to requests for visits
or demonstrations to any part of the
UK.
In addition, we have a dedicated parts distribution depot in
Cambridgeshire which is linked by computer to Rapid Technic in Switzerland giving us complete parts
availability and the ability to identify any unusual item or parts
for older machines. Our aim is to supply parts on a next day
delivery wherever possible.
