About Rapid Agricultural
Rapid Agricultural is a trading division of Rapid Tractors UK. We were established in 2007 by former employees of an agricultural machinery manufacturer/importer to continue the support of the products produced in Switzerland by Rapid Technic AG, manufacturers of hydrostatic two wheel tractors and attachments. In 2010, we started to market Finishing Mowers and Fertilizer Spreaders from the Italian manufacturers Sitrex, to the groundscare sector, which are very popular and successful. In 2012, the full line of products, previously imported by LandMec, became available and offered to Rapid Tractors UK to continue the sales, technical support and spare parts. We are therefore, pleased to be supporting the agricultural line in addition to our highly successful groundscare ranges.
About Sitrex
Sitrex s.p.a. have been building agricultural machinery for 40 years. From humble beginnings, the company now has 3 large manufacturing plants near Perugia, Italy and is employing some 200 people. Export today goes to over 60 countries and Sitrex themselves, have 3 distribution centres in the USA and another in Russia. All this success is simply by designing and producing products designed to perform well, to be reliable and of a high quality in manufacture and finish. The range of equipment comprises a full line of grassland machinery, fertilizer spreaders and finishing mowers.
Location
We are based in Central England where our sales office and supplies of new machines are warehoused ready for distribution together with our demonstration equipment. Being centrally located is ideal to respond to requests for visits or demonstrations to any part of the UK. In addition, we have a dedicated parts distribution depot in Cambridgeshire which holds stocks of parts here in the UK. Our aim is to supply parts on a next day delivery wherever possible.
